Our staff benefits
We want to ensure we reward our staff well for the part they play in the business. Share Options plan
The Encompass employee Share Options plan is one of the benefits we are proudest to be able to offer. Every employee is an investor, and will benefit from our growth and success.
Carers and personal leave
We care about employees, not just about their lives at work, but as people. We offer 10 days per year that can be taken for you personally, or as a carer for a family member with physical or mental ill health. Our compassionate leave also covers pregnancy loss at any stage.
Coaching and mental health support
We’ve partnered with Sanctus to launch a mental health and wellbeing coaching service for the whole company.
Parental leave
Families come in all shapes and sizes. Our Adoption and Surrogacy pay and leave is the same as our maternity and paternity – six months full pay maternity leave plus full pension contributions for up to 12 months; four weeks full pay paternity leave.
Career development and learning
We believe every employee should know where their career is going and how to get there. We have continued to invest in tools such as Lattice with career pathways for every role and L&D platforms such as Udemy
Volunteering leave
We offer two days paid leave for volunteering – one for you to use as an individual, and one Company Volunteering Day that helps us give back to the communities we are located in.
